What You’ll Do?
- Provide technical remote support for Flashy B2B customers in the implementation, post-implementation, and ongoing daily operations.
- Investigate and resolve technical support tickets dealing with our software.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist in a SaaS company – mandatory.
- Experience in providing support to customers via phone, video meetings (Shared screen), and email.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript – is a plus.
- Independent learning ability, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the eCommerce/ marketing automation /email marketing fields – is a plus.
