What You’ll Do?
- Provide technical remote support for Flashy B2B customers in the implementation, post-implementation, and ongoing daily operations.
- Investigate and resolve technical support tickets dealing with our software.
- Ensure customers are maximizing their return on investment by owning the customer’s onboarding and adoption processes.
- Experience in technical support or technical background – mandatory.
- Familiarity with the eCommerce field, and experience in providing support to customers via phone, video meetings (Shared screen), and email.
- Experience in performing integrations and building email marketing automation workflows.
