As a Junior Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers, ensuring that they fully utilize our platform to achieve their marketing goals.

What You’ll Do?
- Provide remote support for Flashy B2B customers in the implementation, post-implementation, and ongoing daily operations.
- Manage and resolve support tickets dealing with our software.
- Ensure customers are maximizing their return on investment by owning the customer’s onboarding and adoption processes.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role – Mandatory. (Customer Success, Customer Service, Customer Support, etc).
- Experience in providing support to customers via phone, video meetings (Shared screen), and email.
- Experience in technical support or technical background – is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
