Technical Support Manager

As a Technical Support Manager, you will have a combined role of hands-on support and management of a support team of approximately 5-7 technical supporters. 

You will work collaboratively with other teams to drive holistic improvements in our products and services, guided by customer and team feedback.

About the Role:

The role encompasses hands-on support tasks and managerial responsibilities, including strategic management and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Full-time job, Sunday-Thursday, 9:00-18:00.

We are working 100% Remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Performing hands-on support tasks while concurrently managing them strategically, incorporating strategic management principles and KPIs.
  • Engaging with customers, addressing and tracking complex tickets, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Developing, overseeing, and continuously optimizing work processes.
  • Conducting training, facilitating knowledge transfers, and fostering team building.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support – Must.
  • 2-7 years of experience in managing a technical support team – Must.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting KPIs and successfully meeting goals.
  • Proven track record in recruiting and training employees for technical support roles.
  • Strong multitasking skills, assertiveness, proactivity, and the ability to effectively lead and prioritize.
  • Familiarity with CSS/HTML/JavaScript/Rest API – is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce/SAAS industry – is a significant plus.
