About the Role:

As a Junior Account Manager, you will own and manage the full sales cycle of Flashy’s offering to potential customers of all sizes and verticals.

You’re a Great Fit If:

You are a highly driven salesperson with a consultative approach, combining a hunter, a storyteller, and a deal-closer.

What You’ll Do?

• Drive and manage the full sales cycle from generating leads (cold calling) to paying customers, continuously seeking creative ways to do so.
  
• Self-create additional leads based on online and offline sources to grow your pipeline.
  
• Introduce and remotely demo our SaaS platform to prospective customers, communicating Flashy’s value and ROI.

Bonuses & Commissions 

• Continuous and cumulative commissions model.
  
• In addition, there is a bonus model for meeting goals.
  
• It is possible to receive double commissions and bonuses (combination) that add up to a high average!

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role – A MUST.
  
• Experience from a SAAS B2B company – a significant advantage.
  
• Ability to negotiate, meet goals, and close deals – A MUST.
