Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist

We’re looking for a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through onboarding, ensure smooth setup, and provide proactive support to help them achieve their business goals.

We are a marketing automation platform helping eCommerce brands drive growth, retention, and revenue through email marketing.

We are working 100% Remotely.

Full-time job, Sunday-Thursday, 9:00-18:00.

Key Responsibilities:

  • * Onboarding & Setup: Lead onboarding sessions, assist with platform setup, and create customized onboarding plans.
  • * Training & Strategy: Train customers on features, email marketing strategies, and automation. Provide strategic advice on campaign optimization.
  • * Customer Support: Be the main contact during onboarding, proactively resolving issues and ensuring a smooth implementation.
  • * Performance Analysis: Review data, provide insights, and suggest improvements.
  • * Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, gather feedback, and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • * 1-3 years of experience in B2B customer success, onboarding, or account management, preferably in SaaS or marketing automation.
  • * Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to client success.
