Popups #7: Personalization

We learned in the previous article in this series about how conditions are used when designing popups for visitors to your website. Personalization - the topic of this article - is a popup tool aimed specifically at your returning customers whose information is already stored in Flashy. 

The Personalization section is structured similarly to the Conditions section. Here, you can specify that only returning customers whose profiles contain certain information will see certain popups.

Some examples:

  • Customers who have a birthday this month.
  • Customers who have made more than three purchases. 
  • Customers who have made more than three purchases and have a birthday this month.

With personalization, you can send these customers popups that offer them a coupon in honor of their birthday. You can send frequent shoppers a VIP popup containing an exclusive offer just for them.
