Integration with “Yotpo Reviews” Plugin

How does it work?

With the Yotpo Reviews management app, you can effortlessly gather reviews and update the relevant information into Flashy segments. By integrating Yotpo Reviews with Flashy, you can easily communicate with customers who have written reviews for your website's products or services. The reviews will be instantly synchronized into Flashy, allowing for seamless communication with your customers.

Flashy segments will be synchronized with three specific fields from the integrated system. These fields are the "average score for reviews," "total reviews" which represents the number of reviews for each customer, and the "last review" date. Flashy app will collect data in real-time, starting from the moment of integration.

Please note: It is currently not possible to include any review content in emails. The fields above can only be used when communicating with customers or for segmentations.

In your Flashy dashboard, navigate to "Integrations" and click the blue “installation” button for "Yotpo Reviews":
