A General Report of All Email Activity
Flashy provides a general report of all your emailing activity within the Platform.
This general report offers a wide-lens view of your emailing activity, this will allow you to do things such as repeat actions or proposals which generated the best results.
To view such a general report first click "Reports" in the Flashy toolbar, and then click "EMAIL".
If necessary, you can define a time range for campaigns to be included in the report by setting the desired dates in the upper left-hand corner.
Quick Overview
Under "Quick survey" the following information will be displayed:
Campaigns sent – the total number of campaigns sent during the specified time range.
Total Delivered – out of the total number of emails sent, the total number of emails that were successfully delivered to the email boxes of their recipients.
Total unique opened – the number of emails that were opened out of the total number of those successfully delivered.
Total unique clicks – the number of unique clicks per email out of the total number of emails that were successfully delivered.
Sales Performance
Under "Sales performance" the following information will be displayed:
Total revenue – how much revenue was generated by the campaigns (as a result of opening emails / clicking on links within emails).
Total Sales – the total number of purchases made as a result of the campaigns.
Average conversion rate – the percentage of contacts who clicked on links in the campaign and made purchases.
Avg. Rev. Per Campaign – the average revenue per campaign, e.g. if two campaigns were sent, one generated revenue of $2,000 and the other $1,000 then the average campaign revenue displayed will be $1,500.
Avg. Rev. Per Email Delivered – the average revenue per email, i.e. the total revenue generated by the campaigns divided by the number of emails that were successfully delivered.
Campaigns
Under "Campaigns" a brief survey of all the campaigns you sent will be displayed.
Click "View Report" to view a detailed report for a specific campaign. Click here to read more about email marketing campaign reports.
Winners By Objective
Under "Best performers per set goal" you will see campaigns that generated the best results in several aspects:
Most Revenues – the campaign which generated the most revenue.
Most Purchases – the campaign which generated the largest number of sales.
Click Rate – the campaign which generated the highest rate of clicks (on links within the emails).
Open Rate – the campaign which generated the highest rate of emails opened.
