Filter Category: Loyalty & Rewards
Under the "Loyalty & Rewards" category you can filter contacts according to the number of points they have earned (if you operate a Loyalty & Rewards plan and have made the necessary integration). ,
Category Fields
In the category, you can see all the fields that you may filter by:
Total Points – the number of points the contact currently has (for example – more than 100, less than 300, etc.).
Points Redeemed – the number of points the contact has already used.
First Points Earned – the date on which the contact earned their first points (for example – a week ago, on the 1st of January 2020, etc.).
Last Points Earned – the most recent date on which the contact earned points .
Last Points used – the most recent date on which the contact has used points .
Customer status – the contact's status (for example – active, non-active).
Total referred – the total number of contacts the contact has referred (for example – more than 10, less than nine, etc.).
Silver VIP– the total number of Silver VIP points the contact has.
Gold VIP– the total number of Gold VIP points the contact has.
