Filter Category: Contact Properties
Under the "Contact Properties" category you can filter contacts according to the details in the fields of the contact's customer profile.
Category Fields
In the category, you can see all the fields that you may filter by:
ID – the customer's identifying number (for instance – if you use a CRM system, you can export the customer's CRM identifying number to Flashy).
Email Address – the contact's email address.
Phone Number – the contact's mobile phone number.
Landline – the contact's landline phone number.
Phone Country – the country dial code for the contact's phone numbers.
First Name – the contact's first name.
Last Name – the contact's last name.
Birthday – the contact's date of birth.
Anniversary – the date of the contact's wedding anniversary.
Created At – the date on which the contact's profile was created on the platform.
Updated At – the date on which the contact's details were last updated.
Gender – the contact's gender (Male / Female / Other).
Language – the contact's mother tongue language (Hebrew / English / French, etc.).
Attribution – the channel by which the contact came to subscribe to your website (Facebook, Google, Outbrain, etc.).
Referrel– the website or ad from which the contact made their way to your website.
Medium – the type of medium the contact passed through (search engine, social media, or email).
Campaign – the campaign that drove the contact to your website.
Source – the traffic source that the contact came to your website from (for instance – Facebook, Google, or Outbrain), you can build the link by using the URL.
Term – the search term that is responsible for the contact entering your website (for instance – hotels at a certain holiday destination, flights to Greece, etc.).
Owner – the Flashy user you wish to link the contact to.
Job Title – the contact's job title (CEO, media manager, etc.).
Country – the contact's country of residence.
City – the city where the contact lives.
Address – the contact's home address.
Region – the region of the contact's internet connection (central, north, etc.).
Device – the device that the contact uses to surf the internet (iPhone, Samsung, etc.).
Browser – the browser that the contact uses when surfing the internet (Safari, Chrome, etc.).
Browser Version – the version of the browser that the contact uses.
Browser Language – the language the contact uses on their browser (English, Hebrew, etc.).
Operating System – the operating system of the device the contact uses (Windows, iOS, etc.).
Timezone – the time zone where the contact lives (New York, Jerusalem, etc.).
Interests – the contact's topics of interest.
