How To Cancel Your Subscription

In Flashyapp there's no commitment and you can cancel your subscription anytime you want and it's a simple process, After you cancel it then you could use Flashyapp till your last subscription date.

Go to Plan & Balance:

Navigate to: "Account Plan" and you'll see your plan subscription, From there you could Upgrade, Downgrade or Cancel your subscription.

If you chose to Upgrade or Downgrade then the calculation will be automatically from the next bill

Once you cancel your subscription possibly that you get a bill on the bridge of the contact lists that you paid for compared to the contact lists that you had in the end of the month. e.g: If you paid for 10K contact lists and you finished the month with a 15K then the system will charge you for the rest that you didn't pay from the beginning, which is the 5K
