Filter Category: E-COMMERCE Activity
Under the filter category "E-commerece Activity" you can filter contacts according to their activity in your online store.
Category Fields
In the category, you can see all the fields that you may filter by:
First purchase - the date on which the contact made their first purchase (for example – a week ago, less than a month ago, etc.).
Last purchase - the date on which the contact made their last purchase (for example – two days ago, on a certain date, etc.).
Total purchases - the total number of purchases that the contact has made up until now (for example – more than 5, between 10 – 15, etc.).
Average Order Value - the total sum of money the contact has spent so far (for example – more than 500$, less than 100$
Cart Value - the average value of the contact's purchases: the total value of the purchases divided by the total number of purchases (for example – if the value of the first purchase was 100 and the second's 300 then the average cart value is 200 per purchase).
Total products in the cart - the total number of products in the contact's cart (for example – more than 2, equal to 5, etc.).
Products in cart - the products in the contact's cart (for example – an iPhone's screen protector, a portable charger, etc.).
Value of products in the contact's cart - the total value of the products that are in the contact's cart (for example – more than 200$, between 500$ and 1000$, etc.)
Cart last updated - the time when the contact's cart was last updated – a product was added or removed (for example – 7 days ago, later than March, etc.).
Products purchased - the products that the contact has purchased (for instance – a shirt, a swimming suit, etc.).
Viewed Products - products that the contact browsed on (for example – holiday deals, hotels at a certain destination, etc.)
Total Viewed Products - the total number of products that the contact has browsed up until now (for instance – more than 5, less than 10, etc.).
Wishlist Products - the products that the contact has saved on their wish list if you have one on your website (a wish list is made up of products that a customer likes and has added to it so that they may have quicker access to them when they decide to purchase them).
Wishlist Value - the total value of all the products that the contact has on their wish list (for example – over 100$, less than 1,000$, etc.)
Purchasing cycle - the cycle pattern of the contact's purchases since the day they subscribed to your website, this is updated according to the time spans between purchases (for example – if a customer makes a purchase every 30 days, their purchasing cycle will be 30).
Next purchase – an estimation of when the contact will make their next purchase based on the history of their actions (for example – if a customer buys dog food once every 2 months on average, Flashy will base the next purchase estimation on this).
NPS (Net Promoter Score) – a variable indicating a contact's loyalty.
Purchase hes Completed – the time of the contact's last purchase (for example – a week ago, 30 minutes ago, etc.).
Last purchase info – the order status / order value / products purchased on the contact's last purchase.
