Flashy Plugin Orientation in Magento 2+ Control Panel
Once installing flashy on a Magento shop, please go over this guide which extensively explains the different possibilities of the Flashy plugin on the control panel.
To enter the plugin settings click the Flashy icon and then "Flashy Settings":
Here you can find the integration settings for your Magento shop with Flashy:
Enabled – will allow you to activate Flashy on the website once the plugin has been installed (that is, the plugin should be in "Active" mode).
Send purchase before payment – select whether you want to send Flashy information regarding a purchase even if payment has still not been made (for instance, orders at "Pending" status for creating an abandoned checkout journey).
Enabled logging – will allow you to also document logs on the log file of your Magento shop (for instance, that a purchase has been made / when a customer subscribed with their details).
- We recommend setting all of the above options to "Yes".
API Key – here you can find your API key.
Flashy List – here you can set your main mailing list on Flashy. The list to which all who consent to receive communications from you (by ticking the checkbox that appears during the purchase process) will be forwarded.
Important! – Once your programmer has installed the Flashy plugin and you have gone over these settings, you must click "Save Config" and make sure of an indication that you are connected to Flashy.
Additionally, after installation, you must instruct the programmer to clean your website's cache (this should also be done when the plugin's version is updated).
At the bottom of the list you can also find the Flashy URLs:
Flashy products URL – here you can find the link to your product catalog (which you will have to unload to Flashy for real-time synchronization of products and for using dynamic content).
Flashy contacts URL – here you can find the link to the contacts list on your Magento shop (Flashy will synchronize them automatically so you do not have to do anything with this link).
Flashy orders URL – here you can find the link to orders made on your Magento shop (Flashy will synchronize them automatically so you do not have to do anything with this link).
